Why me?
When you're looking for a coach, it's about finding someone who not only has the right qualifications but also a deep, personal understanding of the challenges you face.
My Approach to Coaching
My coaching philosophy is built on 12 years of experience helping athletes achieve their goals.
I hold a Level 2 British Triathlon Coaching qualification and a Sports Nutrition qualification, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the physical and nutritional demands of endurance sports.
But the real foundation of my coaching comes from my own life experiences. For years, I successfully juggled a demanding career with an extensive triathlon training schedule. I understand the reality of trying to fit long training sessions into a busy life and the mental discipline it requires. My extensive corporate mentoring experience has also given me the skills to help you create sustainable habits and stay motivated, even when life gets in the way.
My journey hasn't been without its setbacks. A serious bike accident forced me into a period of enforced recovery. The road back was long, both physically and mentally. This personal experience has given me a unique perspective on resilience, patience, and the importance of a well-structured recovery plan. I know what it feels like to start over, and I can guide you through the process of rebuilding your strength and confidence.
What You Can Expect
My coaching is professional yet personal. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all plans. I'll work with you to create a customized program that fits your life, your goals, and your unique challenges.
If you're ready to take the next step in your triathlon journey and work with a coach who truly understands the demands of a busy life, I'd love to hear from you.
