Refund Policy
Monthly coaching and standard services
We understand that life happens and plans can change. Here is how we handle cancellations to ensure fairness for both parties:
Single Services & Appointments

Standard Services: Services are fully refundable if cancelled at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable.
Monthly Coaching

Flexible Cancellation: You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time.

Pro-Rata Refund: If you cancel mid-month, you will receive a refund for the unused days. This will be calculated and returned to you at the end of your billing month.
Trips and retreats
Because our trips require extensive planning and upfront costs, we require payment in full at the time of booking. We understand plans change, so we offer a tiered refund policy based on when you cancel:

100+ Days Before Start Date: You will receive a 100% refund.

30 to 99 Days Before Start Date: A 50% cancellation fee applies (you will be refunded 50% of the trip cost).

Less Than 30 Days Before Start Date: The trip is non-refundable
How to cancel
To request a cancellation, please email us at info@fitbusyhealthy.com or use the booking portal.
Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement after the refund is processed.
Refunds are subject to a deduction of payment processing fees.
